Seattle Housing Market Update November 2019

Seattle’s real estate market update is gathered using info from NWMLS’ InfoSparks in City of Seattle using data for residential and condominiums sold only.

In November, the median sales price for a home in Seattle was $662,500, down from the previous month and also down compared to November 2018 at $680K. However, there were a lot less new listings on the market compared to 2018.  Only 632 new properties were listed in November, compared to 779 in November 2018. Months supply went down sharply to 1.6 months, because more homes sold than were listed. Supply is typically down at this time of year as we head into the holiday season.
