I sold my house to Beachworks in 2018 , and found the experience pretty straight forward. I wanted to sell quickly and did not want to fix it up or stage it. Other developers offered a lot more money but it was unclear how or when (if ever) they would actually give me the money. Beachworks can close quickly and they are upfront about their needs and how they will pay. They are established and have a good reputation. They offer a fair price. I have recommended them to my friends.

Worked with Beachworks on my property in Kirkland. When I called at first I was skeptical since they solicited to me via a letter from Keller Williams. An agent of theirs named James came out and explained the process of their offer. They did come back with some minor negotiations towards the end but it was worked out. Overall happy with the experience.
