Seattle’s real estate market update is gathered using info from NWMLS’ InfoSparks in City of Seattle using data for residential and condominiums sold only.
In January, Seattle home prices bounced back up slightly from the December low. The median sales price for a home in Seattle is now up to $670,000, up from $661,000 in December 2019. That number is also higher than the median home price in January of 2019, which was at $629,000. So that means year over year there is price growth. Single-family homes continue to outpace condos.
